Faraday Skits

Wings, Brews, Soda, T-Shirts, and Baseball

IEEE has decided to give back to our hungry and thirsty members.  We raised enough money to be able to offer FREE all you can eat wings and all you can drink pop at Wing Warehouse (located in the Akron Aero's Stadium) to the first 35 members to respond.  The game starts at 7.  The tickets will be paid for by IEEE as well.  It's also $1 draft night at the baseball game.  We couldn't advertise this on Orgsync, so tell your friends.

RSVP on Orgsync by April 27th.

FREE SHIRT

If you would like a free shirt to go along with your free wings and baseball tickets, after you RSVP, select "Forms" on the left sidebar on this site.  Select "Wing Night T-Shirt" and fill it out!  Hopefully we will have enough money to get some awesome shirts made.

Wire Stripping Fundraiser

We will be holding a wire stripping fundraiser this Sunday, March 4th, at 11:00 AM.  We will all be meeting in the IEEE room before hand.  If you have a utility knife, please bring it because we have all different gauges of wire that need stripped and probably won't have enough utility knives to pass around.

Changes and updates

Hello everyone and again, welcome to the IEEE UA Page! As we have just launched this official blog, we will be making changes to the overall layout, design, pages, and content over the next few hours. Thus far, I have added a page showing the current officers and their contact information. I also added some permissions that enable other officers to make changes to the blog. If you're an IEEE member (with good writing skills) and would like to contribute to the blog by adding upcoming event information, pictures and videos from past events, updates this week, or any other useful information, please contact me or Greg (see our contact information on the officer contact page (link above)). I'm planning on making a YouTube account shortly if one does not exist for UA IEEE so videos can be posted there and referenced in our posts.

Welcome

Welcome to the new IEEE UA Student Branch Website.  So, as we continue to grow IEEE and our web presence, keep in touch and up to date with what is going on!  We have some great things coming up and I'm excited.
